My point of View

My reason for starting this blog is to share my photos and also my husband's photos. We both love to capture images of the world around us, and we wanted to share my point of view, his point of view, and our attention to detail, with others.

We have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ5, it isn't the best camera in the world, but it works, and it has a great 12x zoom, great for far away objects. Right now it works really well for our family. After all, the camera doesn't necessarily make the photographer. Maybe one day we can get a Nikon D700 Digital SLR Camera, that would be sweet!

We try to avoid using photo shop or any image enhancing software, not that there is anything wrong with it, it is just a personal preference. We enjoy outdoor landscape photos, macro images of natural objects, and are starting to capture more urban and suburban themed images.

If anyone would like to use these images for their own purposes, we would ask you give us credit for the image and/or ask for permission, especially if it is for commercial use.
