This beautiful tree, a Pacific Madrone or also know as Arbutus menziesii, is in my neighborhood. I saw this crazy tree and I had to take a picture of it. It’s red smooth bark is lovely. I love how the tree's dark red bark peels off the tree. It is such a unique tree, and these trees are every where in Victoria. They are beautiful.
