Lake Cowichan is about 60 miles north of Victoria. In November on a Saturday for a nice family outing we took the nice beautiful Drive to Lake Cowichan and played at the lake for a little while. We also stopped at Goldstream Park to see the Salmon Run. It was amazing how many Salmon we saw. Most of them were already dead, but there were a few that were still hanging on. It was a beautiful drive and a fun little day trip for the fam.
